Our first commercial release of the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend with all fruit grown on our own vineyards at Seville East.
A cabernet dominant wine with 72% Cabernet and 28% Merlot, this wine shows the class of these two varieties in the Yarra Valley The Cabernet showing blackberries, cassis and roasted peppers, all this softened by the soft, plummy Merlot. The structure is fine and soft, a delicious wine that can be enjoyed now or will benefit from medium term cellaring.
Matches well with roasted meats and tasty cheeses. 13.5% alcohol by volume – 8.0 standard drinks. |
