A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Merlot, all from our Killara vineyard. It shows the ripe fruit of the Cabernet and traces of the Shiraz spiceness but all this covered by the softness of the Merlot. A good food wine which will suit most dishes. |
